Pricing is determined by stitch-count. A one-time digitizing (set-up) fee is required. Turnaround time is usually 4 business days depending on size of order and our production schedule.
Vinyl Transfers
Vinyl is one of the preferred materials when personalizing sportswear. It can be done on any garment material and color. It comes in many colors and patterns. It's best for orders of smaller quantity. Faster turnaround times.
Direct-to-Garment, (DTG), Printing
Another digital printing method that is best used on white or light colored cotton garments that required high amounts of details and colors. This method prints directly into the fabric with water based, color fast ink. It yields a vintage look soft hand feel. It's ideal for smaller production runs. Turnaround time is approximately 1 week.
Screen-Printing
This method involves creating a stencil, (screen), to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color requires a different stencil and is applied one at a time to create the final design. It yields a high level of vibrancy. There is a minimum order quantity required because of the extra materials and labor associated with this printing method. Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.
